Wayne handles business development for large-scale Commercial, Industrial and Community Solar projects. At Solar Landscape we help our customers increase revenue, lower utility expenses, and tackle their sustainability goals by roof leasing (community solar, host site) or by supplying the building via traditional behind the meter (BTM) solar. In addition, our sustainability and development work helps provide cleaner air, lower utility costs, creates jobs, and builds stronger communities.

Building owners, get paid to lease their large commercial roof for hosting a community solar project that does not involve or disturb the tenant downstairs.
Roof leases pay tens, to hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, PER BUILDING (depending on size of array and scope) and all energy is sent back to the local grid.

Wayne has diverse experience in commercial & industrial solar, clean energy, & building efficiency consulting, project development, and auditing. He is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified Building Analyst.
