In addition to holding the MAI designation, I am a State Certified General Appraiser and a Green Associate of the US Green Building Council. I am also a member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals. I am approved to do appraisal work for the State of New Jersey Green Acres, Blue Acres and Farmland Preservation Programs as well as the Department of Environmental Protection.

Over the past ten years I have appraised more than 2,500 properties for purposes such as mortgage financing, investment analysis, tax consulting, property tax appeal, property acquisition, estate planning and condemnation. I have completed appraisal assignments in every New Jersey County and in nine other states.

I have appeared as an expert witness before various courts and Boards of Adjustment in matters dealing with the use and valuation of real property, tax appeals, condemnation, bankruptcy, and other related matters. I have qualified as an expert in the valuation of high value homes by the Federal Bankruptcy Court and I have served as a Condemnation Commissioner in Middlesex County.
