Joseph Perez

Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years experience specializing in providing audit, tax and advisory services to privately held entities. Licensed in New Jersey and New York, I have a concentration working with both for-profit and not-for-profit real estate operators and developers which typically include senior living, affordable housing and low-income housing tax credit projects. In addition, I work with and provide support to many community-based organizations that provide government funded health and social services to local communities. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to understand the complexities of dealing with tenant matters, regulatory agreements and government funded programs. I am committed to assisting businesses achieve their compliance objectives while delivering precise, insightful and outside-the-box solutions to matters as they arise.

I am a member of board of trustees and former chairman of the board of Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services in Union, New Jersey as well as a board and finance committee member of Eric B. Chandler Health Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
