Mr. Henry holds engineering licenses in several states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. He has experience working on many different types of projects including in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors throughout his 15+ year career in land development.

Mr. Henry is dedicated to ensuring that clients are satisfied with how their property is being developed and permitted. He approaches each project to tailor to his client’s needs and goals. Mr. Henry believes that it is important that clients are informed and well educated about the land development process so that they may make knowledgeable decisions during the design / approval process. In addition, he also makes certain that his clients are aware of the scope / risks / timing of their project as well as the regulatory approvals required in order to start construction.
