At CNJCRE, we are proud to bring together a community of companies and leaders who are helping shape the future of Central New Jersey.
That makes it especially exciting when members of our organization earn recognition on a national stage.
This year, two CNJCRE members, Splendor and Solar Landscape, have been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Their recognition is an impressive accomplishment for both organizations and a reflection of the entrepreneurial energy and innovation found throughout our region.
Two Companies, Two Paths to Growth
While Splendor and Solar Landscape operate in very different industries, both companies have built their businesses around identifying opportunities, adapting to change and investing in the capabilities needed to grow.
Their inclusion on the Inc. 5000 is a testament to that approach.
Solar Landscape: Growing at the Intersection of Energy and Commercial Real Estate
Headquartered in Asbury Park, Solar Landscape was named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 following 279% revenue growth over the past three years.
The company has spent more than a decade developing distributed energy infrastructure and has grown significantly as demand for new sources of power continues to reshape the energy market.
Today, Solar Landscape partners with more than 170 commercial real estate owners and utilities and has deployed more than 500 projects representing over 750 MWdc of generation.
The company’s growth is particularly relevant to the CNJCRE community because of its work at the intersection of energy and commercial real estate. By deploying solar and storage on commercial and industrial properties, Solar Landscape is helping property owners turn underutilized rooftop space into productive infrastructure while contributing new capacity to the grid.
As co-founder and CEO Shaun Keegan shared in the company’s announcement, Solar Landscape began with a simple belief that commercial rooftops could play a much bigger role in how America generates power. Its Inc. 5000 recognition represents how far that idea has grown.

Splendor: Growing Alongside a Changing Industry
Splendor, a Red Bank-based creative and marketing agency, has also earned a place on the 2026 Inc. 5000, following 56% revenue growth over the past three years.
Founded in 1999 as a small graphic design firm, Splendor has grown into a full-service strategic creative agency serving organizations throughout New Jersey, across the country and around the world.
The agency has continued to evolve alongside significant changes in the marketing industry. Advances in artificial intelligence, shifts in search and digital discovery, and changing B2B buying behavior have created new challenges and opportunities for businesses looking to build visibility and credibility.
In response, Splendor has expanded its capabilities across strategy, creative, website design and development, search, content, advertising and digital marketing. Today, the agency works with organizations across professional services, commercial real estate, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services and other B2B industries.
That growth has been deliberate, with the company investing in its people, capabilities, brand and visibility as it continues to adapt to a changing marketplace.
“Growth at Splendor has been very intentional,” said Adam Taylor, Founder and CEO. “We set an ambitious goal, shared it with our team, and invested heavily in the people, capabilities and visibility we believed would get us there.”
For Splendor, being named to the Inc. 5000 represents both the company’s growth over the past three years and its continued evolution as an organization.

A Reflection of the Central New Jersey Business Community
The stories of Solar Landscape and Splendor are different, but they share an important quality: both companies recognized opportunities in changing markets and built businesses designed to meet them.
That kind of entrepreneurial thinking is part of what makes the Central New Jersey business community so dynamic.
CNJCRE members represent a wide range of industries, disciplines and perspectives. Commercial real estate naturally brings many of those industries together, from energy and technology to finance, construction, professional services and marketing.
The success of two CNJCRE members on this year’s Inc. 5000 is a great example of the caliber of businesses within that network.
It is also a reminder that some of the most exciting growth stories are happening right here in Central New Jersey.
Congratulations to Two CNJCRE Members
